We would really appreciate better preparation on your part next year. Out of 365 days, you are only expected to perform well on one day, 7-11, and you failed. We are very disappointed and sad we had to pay an entire $0.99 for a Slurpee because three different locations were out of free cups. Yes, we went a little later in the evening (9:30 pm), but that is no excuse! We would like this taken into serious consideration.
