You'd think because I live in Utah, snow wouldn't be such a big deal. Wrong! Not only have we had a horrible "winter" in Utah, we also live in an apartment complex that is immediately shoveled, then any remaining snow is frozen by the wind.
Luckily my parents live in the only area of Southern California where it does snow, so Lincoln got to have his first snow experience. I think he would've stayed on the deck all night if we let him! After we played in the cold, we built a fire, made cookies, and watched The Fugitive. Warmth, yummy treats, and movies seem so much better when it's snowing outside!
sounds like an amazing snow day!
ReplyDeletethose cookies look amazing. must go make some, now.

ReplyDeleteI don't think life can get much better for a kid than playing in the snow and eating some cookies =)
