Super Moon

We didn't celebrate Cinco de Mayo but we did let Lincoln stay up past his bedtime to witness the brightest and largest moon of the year.  Because it was only 14% larger than normal, we didn't notice any difference in it's size, but we did notice how bright it was!

Lincoln appreciated the extra post-bedtime half hour, and Tyce and I appreciated that he didn't fall once while running in the parking lot (and how exhausted he was afterwards).

  1. That first picture is so good! I wish I had seen the super moon...the amount of trees and hills we have obstructed its view. But what a fun evening for you guys!(I never celebrate Cinco de Mayo, guess I feel like I am too white for it!haha)
