October means Halloween

We are pretty excited for our first Halloween as a family.  Before I had a baby, I could've cared less about dressing up, but now that Lincoln is around, it's a completely different story.  About a month ago Tyce and I surfed the internet for a few hours, looking at baby costumes that were unique, or that we could form a theme around.  A few ideas we had...

Star Wars:  baby - Yoda (dad - Luke Skywalker, mom - Princess Leah)
Wizard of Oz:  baby - cowardly lion (dad - scarecrow or tin man, mom - Dorothy)
via
via
Tarzan:  baby - monkey (dad - Tarzan, mom - Jane)
Shining Armor:  baby - dragon (dad - knight, mom - princess)
via
via
Alice and Wonderland:  baby - white rabbit (dad - Mad Hatter, mom - Alice)
Cops and Robbers:  baby - bag of money (dad - cop, mom - rober or dad - Clyde, mom - Bonnie)

via
 via
Peter Pan:  baby - lost boy (or Peter) (dad - Peter, mom - Tinkerbelle or dad - Hook, mom - Wendy)
Mario Bros:  baby - mushroom (dad - Mario, mom - Princess)

via
and if you're feeling lazy (or awesome)...we loved this Mustache on a Stick DIY idea.  So cute!

  6. What cute ideas!!!! I love them all! Halloween has snuck up on me this year…J is going to be a frog and his friends will be other animals and all us parents will be zookeepers, but seriously, how hard is it to find an adult costume without it being an "adult costume"… like, for real?
